Chemical Overhaul is a deeper indoor-unit cleaning service for situations where routine servicing is no longer sufficient. It may be recommended for heavy internal dirt, persistent odours, weak airflow or recurring leakage linked to contamination and drainage buildup.

The promotion covers the Chemical Overhaul service. Repair work, leak repair and replacement parts are quoted separately and will only proceed after the price is confirmed.

The indoor unit is dismantled so major components can be cleaned more thoroughly than during routine servicing. Depending on unit design and condition, this generally includes the evaporator coil, blower wheel, drain pan, filters, casing and accessible drainage components.

The unit is reassembled and tested after cleaning. A Chemical Overhaul does not repair a refrigerant leak, electrical fault, failed motor, PCB or compressor.

Routine aircon servicing is suitable for periodic cleaning and basic condition checks. Chemical Overhaul is considered when the unit needs deeper internal cleaning. NewCool checks the condition and explains the recommended service before starting.

Gas top-up with Chemical Overhaul is available at the special add-on rate of $40-$80. This rate applies only when both services are carried out together.

A standalone gas top-up is $150-$200. Final price depends on refrigerant type and quantity required. Leak checking or leak repair is quoted separately.

Share the number of units, unit size if known, symptoms and postal code. Photos or a short video can help with the initial recommendation.
