NewCool mainly handles residential aircon servicing, deep cleaning and troubleshooting. A same-day appointment may be possible depending on technician availability, location, the number of units and the work required, but it should not be treated as guaranteed.<\/p>\n

A photo or video can help with the initial recommendation, but some faults still require an on-site inspection before the final repair price is confirmed.<\/p>\n
Routine servicing, Chemical Overhaul, gas top-up and repair are separate services. Ask which service is being booked, what is included and what will be quoted separately.<\/p>\n
For troubleshooting, the checking fee is $50. If you proceed with the quoted repair or replacement parts, the $50 checking fee is deducted from the repair bill. No GST.<\/p>\n
If there is a burning smell, repeated electrical tripping or water reaching electrical fittings, switch the unit off and arrange an inspection. Do not open electrical compartments or continue repeatedly restarting the unit.<\/p>\n
