Aircon services are not interchangeable
A useful aircon promotion should state exactly which service is included. Routine servicing, Chemical Overhaul, gas top-up and repair each address different needs and should have separate prices and exclusions.
Routine aircon servicing
Routine aircon servicing focuses on periodic cleaning and basic condition checks for residential wall-mounted units. It is suitable when the aircon is operating normally and needs regular maintenance.
Chemical Overhaul promotion
- 1 residential wall-mounted indoor unit: $120
- 2 units or more: from $100 per unit
- Indoor units above 24,000 BTU: +$20 per unit
- 60 Days Warranty
- No GST
Chemical Overhaul is a deeper indoor-unit cleaning service. Repair work, leak repair and replacement parts are quoted separately.
Gas top-up prices
- With Chemical Overhaul only: $40-$80
- Standalone Gas Top-Up: $150-$200

Troubleshooting and repair
For weak cooling, water leakage, noise, error codes or a unit that will not turn on, an inspection may be more suitable than booking a cleaning promotion immediately.
The checking fee is $50. It is deducted from the repair bill when the customer proceeds with the quoted repair or replacement parts. Repair work and parts are quoted separately.
