A photo or video can help with the initial recommendation, but some faults still require an on-site inspection before the final repair price is confirmed.

Confirm the service and price

Routine servicing, Chemical Overhaul, gas top-up and repair are separate services. Ask which service is being booked, what is included and what will be quoted separately.

For troubleshooting, the checking fee is $50. If you proceed with the quoted repair or replacement parts, the $50 checking fee is deducted from the repair bill. No GST.
