Aircon Chemical Overhaul Singapore
Chemical Overhaul may be recommended when normal aircon servicing is no longer sufficient due to the unit’s condition, usage or performance issues. Our technician will dismantle and deep-clean major indoor-unit components, then check for abnormalities during the service. Any repair work or replacement parts will be quoted separately and confirmed before work starts.
What to expect during chemical overhaul service?
Unlike normal aircon servicing, Chemical Overhaul is a more thorough deep-cleaning process. It involves dismantling and cleaning major indoor-unit components to remove heavy dirt, mould and debris that normal servicing may not reach.
During the service, our technician will also check for abnormalities. Any repair work, leak repair or replacement parts will be quoted separately and confirmed before work starts.
Chemical Overhaul pricing for residential wall-mounted indoor units:
- 1 unit: $120
- 2 units or more: from $100/unit
- Indoor units above 24,000 BTU: +$20/unit
- No GST
- 60 Days Warranty
Repair work, leak repair and replacement parts are quoted separately before work starts. Special add-on gas top-up is $40-$80 when carried out together with Chemical Overhaul only. Standalone gas top-up is $150-$200.
