A low advertised price is not useful if the service scope is unclear. Before booking, confirm whether the quotation is for routine servicing, Chemical Overhaul, troubleshooting or gas top-up, and ask which additional work is excluded.

Routine servicing

Routine servicing is for periodic residential cleaning and basic condition checks. Heavy internal dirt, a component fault or a refrigerant issue may require different work after inspection.

Gas top-up

The $40-$80 gas top-up price applies only when it is carried out together with Chemical Overhaul. Standalone Gas Top-Up is $150-$200, depending on refrigerant type and quantity required. Leak checking or repair is separate.

Repair inspection

The checking fee is $50. If the customer proceeds with the quoted repair or replacement parts, the $50 fee is deducted from the repair bill.
