Water leakage can be caused by a blocked drain, dirt buildup, coil icing or drainage and installation issues. We inspect the unit first, explain the likely cause and confirm the servicing or repair price before work starts.
For aircon that is not cold, noisy, not turning on or showing an error. The checking fee is $50 and is deducted from the repair bill if you proceed. Repairs and replacement parts are quoted separately before work starts.
Steam cleaning uses controlled steam to loosen dirt in suitable areas of the indoor unit. Our technician will check the unit and advise whether steam cleaning, normal servicing or another cleaning method is appropriate.
Chemical wash is a deeper cleaning option for selected aircon components when normal servicing is not enough. The technician will inspect the unit first and explain what is included before work starts.
A thorough dismantling and deep-cleaning service for heavily soiled, leaking or weak-cooling indoor units. 1 unit is $120; 2 units or more start from $100/unit. Indoor units above 24,000 BTU are +$20/unit. Includes 60 Days Warranty. Repairs, leak repair and replacement parts are quoted separately.
Standalone gas top-up is $150-$200, depending on refrigerant type and amount required. The special $40-$80 add-on rate applies only with Chemical Overhaul. Leak checking or repair is quoted separately, and the final price is confirmed before work starts.
