Aircon Service Near Me Singapore: Choosing the Right Service

Start with the aircon problem
Choosing an aircon service is easier when the symptoms are described clearly. Routine cleaning, Chemical Overhaul, gas top-up and repair are different jobs. The correct option depends on the unit condition, not only on one symptom.
Routine aircon servicing
Routine aircon servicing is suitable for periodic residential cleaning and basic condition checks. It is generally the starting point when the unit is operating normally and needs regular maintenance.
Chemical Overhaul
Chemical Overhaul is a deeper indoor-unit cleaning service. It may be recommended when normal servicing is no longer sufficient because of heavy internal dirt, persistent odours, weak airflow or recurring leakage linked to contamination and drainage buildup.
Current pricing is $120 for 1 residential wall-mounted indoor unit or from $100 per unit for 2 units or more. Indoor units above 24,000 BTU are +$20 per unit. There is no GST and the service includes a 60 Days Warranty.
Water leakage and repair checks
Water leakage may be related to drainage blockage, dirt buildup, icing or drainage and installation conditions. Use the Aircon Water Leaking Repair Singapore page for details.
For an aircon that is not cold, noisy, not turning on or showing an error, use Aircon Repair and Troubleshooting Singapore. The checking fee is $50 and is deducted from the repair bill when the customer proceeds with the quoted repair or replacement parts.
Gas top-up is not automatic
Weak cooling does not always mean the aircon needs gas. The unit should be checked first. Standalone Gas Top-Up is $150-$200, depending on refrigerant type and quantity required. Leak checking or leak repair is quoted separately.
